| Dragons-Weyr was born in 1999, from the integration of Zadeh Designs and the US based Image Design Room. The organisation was founded out of a desire to help people overcome their fear of technology and for businesses to have technology work for them.
Mehdi Shariatzadeh, the founder of Zadeh Designs and the co-founder of Dragons-Weyr , had spent 12 years in the industry, witnessing businesses and management being a slave to technology that did not provide what was required and which dictated the way business is run. This went against the principal belief that 'Technology should serve the business needs'. Ali Shariatzadeh, also the co-founder of Dragons-Weyr, has brought his vast experience in graphic and interface design, gained from over 15 years of running his own organisation, Image Design Room, in the United States. The extra skills have added to an already strong website and interface design services, the ability to provide assistance in the development of a corporate image. |

 , also a co-founder of Dragons-Weyr, is a special talent. He has an amazing 'eye' which helps create aesthetic and powerful images, whether they are in Photograph, Graphic Design or Video. After graduating in Film Production, he spent many years in the Film and Video industry in the US before taking up the challenge of Graphic Design, which he seems to have a natural flair for.

 has been an associate of Dragons-Weyr since the beginning and runs his own software development and consultancy company, Telekinetix. He has over 15 years experience in the industry and has been responsible for numerous database implementations. As well as being an exceptionally good developer, he has great experience at managing large projects, ensuring projects are completed to time and budget.
